Call for LeadMe Program Mentors & Mentees
Applications due December 18, 2023
The LeadMe Program is the regional mentorship/leadership program and has been in existence for 15 years preparing Research Administrators for leadership positions in NCURA and within their home institutions. We are currently seeking mentees and mentors for the 2024 LeadMe Program cohort.

Application Process for Mentees
Applications must be submitted via Google Form and include:
· A CV emphasizing professional, leadership and volunteer experience (including personal, institutional, NCURA, and/or other professional or external organizations);
· One Institutional Letter of Support;
· One Letter of Reference.
Application Process for New Mentors
Applications must be submitted via Google Form and include:
· A CV emphasizing professional, leadership and volunteer experience (including personal, institutional, NCURA, and/or other professional or external organizations);
· An Interest Letter, no more than one page (single-spaced, 11-point font) describing your interest in the mentor role as well as how/why you would be a positive mentor.
Application Process for Past Mentors
If you are interested in continuing as a LeadMe Program mentor, please complete the Google Form. Past mentors are not required to include the CV or Interest Letter.
All applications are due December 18, 2023, and will route to the Education and Professional Development Committee for review. All applicants will be notified by January 15, 2024.
